penultima: Update the game's introductory set for new pices

Additions:
 * Purple pieces
 * Giraffe, cannon, flag
 * Knights in the four extra colours
 * Ships in black and white

Removals (note: these can be added with library-add, but are not shown
on the playing field by default):
 * Ships in extra colours.  (We demo the black and white ships.)
 * Portals
