Add STRESSAPPTEST_CPU_AARCH64 defintion for aarch64 CPU

This patch adds a new macro, STRESSAPPTEST_CPU_AARCH64, for aarch64 CPUs.
The file stressapptest_config.h.in is also refreshed using autoheader.
