Change Debian source package name to "bedstead"

That matches the upstream file naming.  It's a bit unusual in Debian
terms, but there are a reasonable number of cases where a source package
called <name> makes a binary package called fonts-<name>.  And I think
I'll eventually want to ship bitmap fonts which are likely to want
differently named packages.
