It all merges. Facebook. Twitter. World of Warcraft. Blackboard. 
PMs on web-based bulletin boards. And it increasingly merges 
"messaging" with "entertainment" with "education" with any other 
arbitrary content.

I'm not sure that "email" and "phone calls" and "software" and 
"documents" and "files" and "web content" are really differernt 
things. Not any more.
