Sky blocks Newzbin, important legal and technical questions need answering

NB: There was nothing in the original order that required the list of
blocked URL's to be kept secret, nor is there likely to be anything
that requires any subsequent order to be secret. As a result there'd
be nothing wrong with publishing a disclosure of them if you can
persuade someone to make one.
