secnet code reviews

I currently have a ~170-commit series of long-term key and config
handling rework, which I am polishing into shape.  On top of that I
plan to put Mark's xdh branch, about ~40 commits.

This is not in a pushable state yet, but I hope it will be fairly
soon.  Some parts are perhaps ripe for review already.  The branch as
I currently have it is here:

(rebasing; NB that gitweb is not showing the whole branch there).

Is there anyone who would like to review any of this work ?  If so
please post here to me know what format, timeline, etc. would be most
convenient to you.

If I do not hear back from anyone I will assume that reviews will not
be available and I will proceed without.
