Obsolescence notice: greenend-vcs, dotconsole, nps, mrtgdf

I have stopped maintaining the following things, which might have been
advertised here in the past:

* https://github.com/ewxrjk/mrtgdf
* https://github.com/ewxrjk/dotconsole
* https://github.com/ewxrjk/nps
* https://github.com/ewxrjk/greenend-vcs

This means that I will not be adding features or fixing bugs (including
vulnerabilities).

If you want to take over maintenance:

If I know you well and trust you, I am willing to add you as a
collaborator to relevant github repositories, if you want.

Otherwise you will have to fork and publish under your own identity.
