False positive on my side (I reported all potentially conflicting files, 
since dpkg will fail on the first and not report further conflicts). 
initscript.5 and inittab.5 seem to be the remaining culprits, but they 
are no longer shipped by the current versions of manpages-xx. With 
sysvinit-core being the only provider of these files, Breaks+Replaces: 
manpages-{es,fr} (<< 4.15.0-9~), manpages-{hu,pl} (<< 1:4.15.0-9~) might 
be sufficient, no need for further diversions. (Version taken from 
bootlogd.)
