[RFC PATCH 0/5] optimizations and fixes for init-functions

I've just uploaded the fancy output optimizations we talked about and
some fixes to the init-functions library on my init1 branch:

all the fancy output forks that affected init-d-script are gone, with
the exception of some tput and plymouth in 50-ubuntu-logging, but I
wonder if it still used by Ubuntu and/or derivatives

I've tried to write some tests, but I was not satisfied by the result

also I found commit 6225d57 was never merged to the master branch, may
be it was missed?
