You demand a change that requires a lot of work all around the archive,
without providing any reason _why_.

-- that's exactly 37m09s.  And the delay between upload being done and
processed by DAK is on that order, suggesting you did that immediately
after sending the mail.

In the meantime, I've made the -3 upload (based on my analysis of the bug
you've filed), and only after hitting "dput" I tried to push to git as well
to see your NMU.  And then, I indeed force-pushed to let the repo match
the archive (and your upload is not completely lost as there's the tag).
