init-d-script interpreter and Debian Policy update

Hi everybody,

Following the GR result there is an ongoing update of the policy and I've
seen that the proposed section about sysv [1] doesn't even mention the
existence of an interpreter.
Is that ok or should I open a bug [2] about?
Should be the use of the interpreter at lest suggested by policy?
