Bromley Cross

Bromley Cross is one of those rarities these days in still having a barrow crossing rather than a footbridge. It's a small station on the Ribble Valley line and was really quiet when we visited towards the end of a September day.

The approach from the east of the line from the delightfully-named Shady Lane:
