May blossom
2 pints may blossom. 1 gallon boiling water. 1 lemon. 1 orange. 3 1.2lb sugar. Yeast.
Strip the flowers from the main woody stems. Place in large vessel. Put the water, thinly peeled rind of fruit and sugar into a large pan. Stir well and boil for 15 mins. Pour this over the blossoms.
Cover. Add yeast when lukewarm Add strained fruit juices with yeast. Str daily for 3 days. Strain again and pour into jars.
Proceed as normally.
