You need:

Copper wire in any colour
One bead
One jump ring
Straight needles size 2.5mm

I put mine on a sleeve on a leather thong, but you could also hang it from a chain.

When placing the bead, push the bead right up to the needle, then hold bead in front of work, while knitting the stitch.

Directions:
Thread the bead onto the wire. Cast on 3. K 4 rows.
Next two rows: Cast on 3, k to end. (9 sts)
K 1 row. In next row, k 4, place bead on 5th stitch, k4. K 1 row.
Next 2 rows: Cast off 3, k to end.
K 3 rows. Cast off.

Finishing:
Attach jump ring to top.
