Tailgating and close passing by taxi FH51 BJU

I was riding with some friends along Elizabeth Way northbound, at
about 8:15 this evening.  As we approached the Chesterton roundabout,
this taxi came very close to us.

At the point of closest approach (about 21.3s into this clip) the taxi
is about 2.5m behind me, at 10-15mph (I was concentrating on the
roundabout and not on my speedo).

What you can't see directly in the video at this point is that to my
left are two of my friends: one somewhat behind me and one with a bike
with a tagalong[1] alongside or slightly to the front.

The taxi is tailgating me and badly crowding my friend.

(You can see the back of the tagalong, and the friend on a solo bike,
right at the start of the video.  At 28.9s you can catch a glimpse of
my rear friend's blue pannier.)

[1] By "tagalong" I mean a single-wheeled trailerbike intended for
carrying a child, although in this case there was no-one on it.
