Narrow bike lanes on East Road

On East Road going into town there is an excessively narrow bike
lane.  In this video you can see one of the reasons why cyclists ought
not to ride in this lane (except perhaps slowly to pass a queue):
watch the cement lorry as it drifts back and forth over the white line.
