Close passing by taxi no.86 OV04 CLJ

As I was cycling over the Victoria Road bridge, this taxi (blue taxi
plate no.86) passes me far too close.  If I had wobbled (eg due to a
gust of wind) I might well have been struck.  Note the frame at 8.00s,
where you can see that the driver is in the road position previously
occupied by me.

My road position was intended to ensure that passing drivers know that
they have to impinge on the centreline, since there isn't enough room
for them to do so safely otherwise.

Note also the two gutter cyclists riding unpleasantly close to the
kerb.  Their road position is setting the example the driver thinks I
should be following.
