Bus and bike lanes used by Smart car & G424 OFL

Here you can see a `Smart' car and a white van G424 OFL undertaking a
vehicle turning right on Milton Road at the town end by the shops.
This particular violation is almost universal.

Also, notice how the `Smart' car then proceeds to drive in the bike
lane at the entrance to Mitcham's Corner.
