T809 DLW pulls out without looking

Watch the car waiting to pull out of the Westbrook Centre.  At about
8.5s in you can just see the car's nose appear briefly at the extreme
right of the camera's field of view.  I have to swerve and brake to
miss them.

Later you see the same driver use the bike lane at the entrance to
Mitcham's Corner.  Many drivers seem unaware that this is now only one
car lane.  The road markings could do with improvement and the lane is
(of course) too narrow.

Note also how this conflict wouldn't have occurred if I hadn't been
forced out of the bus and bike lane by the three parked cars
obstructing it.
