Post van BU04 WKH on pavement, bike lane

We were having dinner on Regent St and observed a Royal Mail van drive
onto the pavement crossing the mandatory cycle lane to park on the
pavement; the driver left the van apparently to deliver something, and
then returned.

This was at 18:50, ie during the `no loading' restriction on that part
of the road.

I have not published the video because it would be too troublesome to
pixelate out the faces of the others in my party.


Two of these during one dinner, when I happened to have the bikecam
sitting around ready to be reused from my dinner table, shows how
common this kind of abuse is.
