POB Mitcham's Corner wrong way

On my way around Mitcham's Corner I met this idiot coming the wrong
way along the mid-stream bike lane towards Chesterton.

Look to the right of the car in front of me as the Victoria Avenue
lights go green, and then you can see him again in the rear camera
shortly afterwards.
