**** Cambridge **** 24th August 2015 daytime: **** email: FAO [FIRST LAST] COMPANY **** PRE-ACTION PROTOCOL LETTER Dear M. LAST I have received your letter of the 10th of September. As I wrote in email to you on the 10th of September (with a chase on the 22nd of September), your reply is unsatisfactory. As I explained, contrary to the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct you have failed to properly deal with several points in my letter of claim. In case my email of the 10th of September was mislaid, I enclose a copy. As I say, you owe me for out of pocket expenses, and compensation for inconvenience, irritation, and distress. If you continue to simply fob me off you will leave me no option but to litigate. For your information I enclose a draft copy of my Particulars of Claim. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply by the 31st of December I will start proceedings without further notice. Yours faithfully, Dr Ian Jackson
