The key argument I'm making is this one: As I understand it, all the information I'm requesting has already been made available to BAM Nuttall as part of the adjudication process. It seems to me therefore that disclosing this information cannot possibly compromise the Council's position against BAM Nuttall. If the information I'm requesting has _not_ already been made available to BAM Nuttall then that's very surprising. It would imply that the adjudicator had allowed the Council to submit documents or evidence without giving BAM Nuttall the opportunity to respond. If this is the situation please do let me know and I will reconsider. Ian.
