two-faced human (1998)
for many days there was a lull
at dead of night i feel its pull
the pulsing blood that fills my veins
i lose control, there are no reins
my mind is racing here and there
about myself i have no care
i take the risks, i gamble all
and, such is life, i take the fall
the strength subsides, i am not here
the world floats past, i feel no fear
blackness extends her velvet glove,
envelopes me, i feel her love
the emptiness, the hollows now
the ox unleashed pulls not the plough
derailed i lie and watch the sky,
detached the days and nights go by
but some day it will come again
and pull me up and make me sane
the roller coaster twisting bends:
the cycle, started, never ends
