Now here's the one from my cookbook entitled "three tins and a packet" (these being the key ingredients of most meals): Take: 1 tin tuna in water (oil sucks) 1 tin campbells condensed mushroom soup (99% fat free) 1 tin sweetcorn 1 packet pasta Cook pasta as instructed. Drain. Add soup, tuna and sweetcorn, stir and warm through. Either: a) eat from pan if in hurry b) dump onto plates and grate a bit of cheese on c) put in casserole disk, smash two packets of plain/salt&vinegar crisps up and sprinkle on the top, grate cheese over, melt under grill or in oven and then serve Depending on time and effort allowed. For that gourmet touch: add a tin of mushrooms as well. (obSW: version a) is 3.5 sins on a green day if you use the tuna as a B. version b) requires another A or B for the cheese. version c) is NAUGHTY. Well, ok it's around 5 sins/packet of crisps init, so not too bad).
