Easy Jelly Serves 1-6 depending on portion size Ingredients Sugar free lemon squash, eg Tesco own brand hot water gelatine (or vegegel) Method You want a pint of liquid altogether. I used 1/2 a pint of squash and it came out quite strong. Put the squash in a measuring jug. Prepare the gelatine (or vegegel) as on the packet, leaf gelatine is easiest, and add to the squash. Add hot water up to the 1 pint line. Leave until cool then pour into a mould and put in the fridge for 2-4 hours or until set. You can set fruit into the jelly, I used clementine pieces, and use different flavours of squash if preferred. Serve with v. low fat fromage frais or Mullerlight yoghurt.
