From: Eleanor Blair ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Salad: 2 chicken breasts sliced thinly 4 thickcut bacon rashers, cut into strips Fry together, with some honey and mustard dressing added when nearly done, and cook until all the liquid has evaporated off. Arrange decoratively on two plates: Bag of mixed leaves "Italian style" I think Yellow pepper sliced really finely A couple of tomatoes sliced in 8ths Half a block of feta cut into 1/4 inch cubes A handful of fresh slighlty crushed basil leaves Good splosh of honey and mustard dressing Take the cooked chicken and bacon and add to the top. V tasty, served with garlic bread. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Pudding, with thanks to G&D's in Oxford for the recipe: Choc fudge brownie (Co-op fair trade ones in our case) Large scoop your preferred flavour icecream (Carte D'or Creme Caramel) Squirty Cream Choc sauce Choc sprinkles Chopped nuts (optional) Microwave the brownie til hot on a small plate. Place icecream on top of brownie. Apply cream in a cross shape over the top and around the base of the brownie. Add choc sauce, and sprinkle with sprinkles (that's what they're for) and nuts if desired. Eat and go yum. G&D's use a nice hot choc sauce and in their case it goes under the cream, but given we only had stuff from a squeezy bottle it seemed better on top. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
