Chocolate Mousse Serves 2 Ingredients 2 egg whites one pot of choclate mullerlight yoghurt gelatine (or vegegel) Method Tip the yoghurt into a mixing bowl. Dissolve the gelatine as per the packet instructions. Allow to cool a little then add to the yoghurt and mix thoroughly. Meanwhile beat the egg whites until they're light and fluffy. Gently fold into the yoghurt mixture, so as not to lose too much air. Pour into serving dishes and leave in the fridge to set. Serve with a little squirty cream.
