I like pepper and mushrooms or green beans. Peel and chop the onions and veg. Fry until soft using fry light or a little water to stop them sticking to the plan. Add a little chilli to taste (1-2 tsp mild chilli powder or 1/4 tsp crushed chilli seems enough for moderately spicy but not too hot).
