The Sunken Garden was built partly to make work during the Great Depression and the Hamann Rose Garden, just over 27th Street, was originally called the Goering Rose Garden after the man who designed it. The Lincoln City website doesn't make it clear when it was renamed the Municipal Rose Garden but I think we can guess. The first shot is at neither location.
