However, apart from having to do the Dark Astoria arcs in order, you
can pretty well do this in any order you like, because you can do the
Incarnate Trials in any order.

All Incarnate content is co-op apart from the initial DA introduction and
repeatable mission contacts.


Before having an Alpha slot:
Mender Ramiel (Ouroboros). Traditionally, this was the usual way to
unlock your Alpha Incarnate slot.


Once you have the Alpha slot (and something in it):
Apex Task Force (RWZ).
Tin Mage Mark II Task Force (RWZ).


Sister Valeria (Cimerora). Dark Tidings and Glory incarnate story arc.
Alexandra Sideris (Cimerora). Repeatable incarnate missions.


A first round of Incarnate trials:
Behavioural Adjustment Facility Incarnate Trial.
Lambda Sector Incarnate Trial.
Keyes Island Reactor Incarnate Trial.
The Underground Incarnate Trial.
TPN Campus Incarnate Trial.
Minds of Mayhem Incarnate Trial.


Dark Astoria:
Captain Nolan (Peregrine, blueside, some solo-only content). Eye of Judgement story arc. To Heather Townshend, Ephram Sha.
Threatening Arachnos Message (self-introduces, phone only, redside, some solo-only content). Eye of Judgement story arc (not the same as Captain Nolan's). To Heather Townshend, Maharaj.

Ephram Sha. DA repeatable missions for heroes.
Maharaj. DA repeatable missions for villains.

Heather Townshend (DA). Burden of the Past story arc. Personal Story arc. To Mu'Vorkan.
