   * Various fixes for Perl 5.004:
     - Mail::Address doesn't like undefined values in its input.
     - Getopt::Long option bundling is buggy, so removed it because it was
       unnecessary anyway.
     - Oops, need to set no_ignore_case for Getopt::Long. As far as I can
       tell, it more or less worked by chance in my tests on Perl 5.005.
     - Getopt::Long::Configure() used to be called Getopt::Long::config().
     - Sys::Syslog defines setlogsock() but doesn't export it. Grrr.
   * Digest::MD5 is now optional; if it isn't found, message-ids will be
     generated using a combination of the real time and the elapsed time in
     clock ticks returned by POSIX::times().
   * README.alpha -> README.alpha-testing, because it sounded too much like
     an architecture.
   * Removed absolute path from test/mailtonews.conf, so that I don't have to
     increment the version number all the time.
   * Various TODO updates.
