There are a number of German shops that shipped to the UK and were still cheaper than shopping locally, especially for dynamo lighting (or at least that's the context I most often saw them mentioned), and they don't show up as well in UK based searches, so having them here saves me looking up old Usenet recommendations.
These days many of them have English language versions available, and Google Translate generally does a good job otherwise. However, post-Brexit, many of them no longer ship to the UK. (IIRC my IQ Cyo came from Rose, but via ebay.de)
