   5 WebSTUMP is a user interface for STUMP and Gatekeeper users. It gives
   6 moderators an easy and universally accessible Web interface through which
   7 they can moderate newsgroups. Use of WebSTUMP requires NO computer
   8 skills beyond  knowing how to operate a Web browser.<P>

  10 The demo pages give you an opportunity to "test drive" STUMP. They
  11 are not functional in the sense that your actions do not affect anyone.
  12 However, they do give you a "look and feel" of how WebSTUMP interface
  13 looks to moderators.<P>

  16 various links and buttons and see what happens.<P>
