Rename zone definition files.

Since a definition file can produce a number of zones, it seems silly to
name them after a single zone.

harlequin.org.uk: New domain.

hibachidealers.com: Delete obsolete domain.

Update for Demon IP-address change.

distorted.org.uk: Dynamically allocate IP addresses and use names.

This removes address allocation from the zone specification, and means
that the network description, with all the hostnames and addresses, can
live somewhere else in the future.

Makefile: Run `zone' without runlisp; print zones being installed.

hibachidealers.com: Fix formatting.
