vm: Drag up to date.

  * Remove the bogus spool files stuff.

  * Fix up ignored addresses.

  * Update content viewers -- display is generally more available than
    eog, and it's nice to be able to read PostScript files.

  * I stopped using galeon ages ago.

  * Allow an extra column in VM frames for Emacs being weird.
