Installation for ~distorted-chroot~

  * Mount a filesystem on ~/var/lib/sbuild/build/~.  I usually make a
    logical volume named ~build-scratch~ for this, and make a symlink
    ~/build~ pointing to ~/var/lib/sbuild/build~.
