+The Esk Valley site is the inheritance of Astrolabe that he has given
+to the Schola.  It has livestock farming, iron and jet mining, and fishing
+(including salmon).  The chapter house is a stone tower on a ridge
+that overlooks the valley.  There is an *Auram* lab at the top of the
+tower and a *Terram* lab in a natural cavern approximately underneath
+it; accessable via one of the mine drifts.

+The Aegis boundary is secured on a perfect chalk ring created with
+*Binding the sullen spell* and forms a perfect sphere, which includes
+the *Terram* lab.

+The site is very close to Voluntas; but an agreement before Tribunal
+gives the Schola rights to any *vis* “within a league of the tower or
+within the valley between three leagues upstream of the tower and the
+sea”.
