+This lab found at the top of the tower at Enys Samson was clearly
+primarily used by someone interested in books.  Currently it is at a 
+state of rest; it will start requiring upkeep once it is used.
+
+The lab is a 680ft² circle with some cut outs where the stairs are; for a Size 1 base.
+
