+Inside the library Claudine is pretty much the model librarian; she
+worries about the integrity of the books and always has a cheerful (if
+brief and quiet) word for people using the library.

+Outside the library she is very goal-oriented.  Once her goal is

+she's not very good at predicting the consequences of her actions.
