Nigrasaxa is another young Covenant, it was founded at the request of
Julia just before the 1201 tribunal.

* Ariel of Flambeau
* Morlen of Merinita
* Caltis of Tremere
* Herrit of Tytalus
* Thamik of Verditius

Maximianus is ancient; it seems likely that he will become Praeco if
Talion pre-deceases him.  In 1215 he voted the sigils of all the other
magi of Nigrasaxa except Caltis.
