   1 The Esk Valley site is the inheritance of Astrolabe that he has given
   2 to the Schola.  It has livestock farming, iron and jet mining, and fishing
   3 (including salmon).  The chapter house is a stone tower on a ridge
   4 that overlooks the valley.  There is an *Auram* lab at the top of the
   5 tower and a *Terram* lab in a natural cavern approximately underneath
   6 it; accessable via one of the mine drifts.

   8 The Aegis boundary is secured on a perfect chalk ring created with
   9 *Binding the sullen spell* and forms a perfect sphere, which includes
  10 the *Terram* lab.

  12 The site is very close to [[Voluntas]]; but an agreement before Tribunal
  13 gives the Schola rights to any *vis* “within a league of the tower or
  14 within the valley between three leagues upstream of the tower and the
  15 sea”.

  17 Much of the valley is at a Divine aura of 0 or 1; generally 2 in
  18 inhabited areas.
