Release 227.4
Commit 1e2ea8296e accidentally removed the GLIBC guards around
assigning NULL to stdout and stderr in pager_close().
This lead to elogind not being possible to be compiled successfully
on systems using musl-libc.
This issue has been fixed, thanks to Gottox, and elogind 227.4 should
build fine on musl-libc-systems again.
