grep-excuses: Search for autoremovals too (by default).

Also provide a new command-line option to restore the previous
behaviour.

grep-excuses: Minor manpage corrections

Fix two errors in the manpage intro paragraph: grep-excuses uses wget,
not libwww-perl, and it can take a package name instead of a
maintainer.
