Changes made to the Cut off value now trigger tests to check if Print one at a time mode can be reactivated.
Cut off is also used in z test to enable object within machine max height.

*I noticed that the slicer doesn't slice in print one at a time mode even if Cura enables it.*

Moving it out of the view mode this is now a toggle once in layer view.

SD Card Folder Structure replication.

In the preference settings there is now a sd card section regrouping the sd card auto detect option and the new base folder to replicate.
If the path is defined it will copy an gcode from stl located under that folder and place it at the same location on the sd card.
