Files found and checked in.

Bugfixes: install service prog in right place; allow no extra routes.

Discard alloc stuff.

Initial version of glue - going to abandon -alloc stuff.

Now seems to work.

Pretty much works apart from some spare routes.

Compiles and getting there for full use.
