pull-mail: fetchmail returns 1 if there was no mail to fetch. Boggle.

pull-mail: fetchmail returns 1 if there was no mail to fetch. Boggle.
Actually, I want all mail fetching attempts to proceed even if some of them
fail, so removing the 'set -e' seems the most sensible fix.
