To generate a textfile, go to http://www.dreamwidth.org/admin/console/index and enter the command moodtheme_list ####. If you don't know the theme ID (####) you can just run moodtheme_list, which will tell you. You can then share this file with people.

To generate a theme from a textfile that someone's shared with you, go to http://www.dreamwidth.org/admin/console/index and enter the command moodtheme_create "title of mood theme" "description of mood theme". This will give you a number that you should enter into the form below, along with the textfile.
