<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Yes. Which is why that may be contravening under s20(2)b of the CD&P Act 88, which is a criminal offence under s107(1)(e) or (2A). Whereas downloading for your own personal use, without appropriate licence, may contravene s17(20 CD&P and be civilly actionable under s96. Hence the Norwich Pharmacal order rather than a police demand under DPA s29 or court order.</div>
