The plain-English translation is, approximately "massa make big magic, Gunga

Firefox (I assume, from the Mozilla name), was expecting to find one of a
particular set of certificates associated with the site, didn't find it, and
so won't continue.  In the long-standing tradition of PKI error messages, this
issue is conveyed to the user as incomprehensible gibberish.
